Apostle Jacquelyn C. Porter was born in Jacksonville, Florida and educated in the public school system. After graduating from high school she continued her education and received her License in Practical Nursing in 1963.
In 1972 she received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. In 1974 she was led by the Holy Ghost to Sylvester, Georgia to be tutored and raised up in ministry under the guidance and leadership of Overseer Kathene Green.
In 1975 she was sent to Bainbridge,Georgia to Pastor First Bainbridge Holiness Church, by Apostle Isaiah Revell. She later became Pastor of First Tallahassee Holiness Church and First Quincy Holiness Church, under Apostle Revills leadership.
In 1987 she was appointed Overseer to the South Florida District where she pastored and oversaw several churches throughout the South Florida area.
In 1991 God released Pastor Porter from South Florida. In 1993 God led her back to North Florida where she started New Life Deliverance Ministries, one church in two locations, Bainbridge, Georgia and Tallahassee, Florida. In 2000 she was ordained as an Apostle of Jesus Christ.
She is the proud mother of four children. One preceded her in death (Katina), Willie B.Porter Jr., Ebony Porter, and Jacquelyn J. Porter. She is an Apostle and mother to many. Her mission is to see all men walk in total freedom from the bondage of sin.
